What is Growtizer?
Growtizer is a two-sided platform. Creators upload videos and get audiance on its content, while workers earn daily income by completing video related tasks. Everyone benefits.
How do I get started as a Creator?
Simply sign up, choose a Creator plan, and start uploading videos. Our platform automatically queues your videos for worker views.
How do I earn as a Worker?
Sign up as a Worker, pick a plan, and you'll receive daily video tasks in your dashboard. Watch each video fully to complete the task and earn. Your balance updates in real-time after every completed task.
How much can I withdraw my amnount as a Worker?
As a Worker, you can withdraw your amount when your wallet balance reach minimum 5000-PKR amount. Earnings depend on your plan and the number of tasks you complete.
When do I get paid?
Only Workers can request payouts at any time once their balance reaches the minimum threshold of PKR-5000. Payments are processed within 24–48 hours via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
Which bank account do we accept for withdraw workers amount?
We accepts only Pakistani Banks to make success withdraw for workers only.
Is there any refund policy for cancelling my plan?
No. But you can change your plan at any time from your Subscription page. While Cancelling of any active Plan, the there is not refund policy once you have subscribed a plan for both worker and creator.
How do I register a complaint?
There are two ways to submit your complaint to our official support team:

1. Visit the Contact Us page and submit your complaint using the email message form by selecting the appropriate complaint category.
2. Submit your complaint from your account dashboard via the Complaint section. You are allowed to submit one complaint per day. All complaints will be reviewed according to company policies and procedures.
Is my content safe on Growtizer?
Yes. We use embedded video players that does not disturb/affect the policy. Your videos are never shared by us outside the Growtizer platform without your permission. In case of wrong content / illegal content Growtizer is not responsible for you loss.
How quickly will you respond to my message?
We typically respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days. For urgent technical issues, please use the "Technical Support" subject option.
What are your Supports hours?
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PKT). We also monitor weekend messages for urgent issues.
How many email can I send in a day?
You can send us one Email at a time, once it's Status get Resolved/Closed you will be allowd to send a new Email Message/Complaint. For faster service, we recommend using the Dashboard Complaint/Contact Email Forms first so we can route your inquiry to the right department. If our system detect your email getting repeatedly, you email service will be blocked temporarily.
Do you offer support in multiple languages?
Currently, we offer support in English and Urdu. If you need assistance in another language, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
