Worker Instructions

1. Worker Account Creation

Fill out signup form with correct personal details.

Verify your email using OTP code.

Once verified, your account will be activated, and you can log in.

2. Worker Plan Purchase

Go to Pricing & Plans page from dashboard.

Select and purchase a plan.

After payment, your plan will be activated within 12 hours and will appear on My Subscription page.

3. Collect Tasks

Go to Collect Tasks page to collect tasks based on your plan.

After collecting, tasks will appear in:

  • My Click Tasks
  • My Watchtime Tasks

4. My Click Tasks

This page shows only screenshot-based tasks.

Click "Do Task" to complete each task.

5. How to Complete Tasks

Go to My Click Tasks

Click Do Task

Open task details

Click Open Video

Like and subscribe to the video

Complete all tasks in this way.

⚠️ Daily tasks must be completed before 11:59 PM, otherwise they will expire and no payment will be given.

6. My Watchtime Tasks

This page shows watch-time tasks.

When you open a task, a video player will start automatically.

You must watch the video for at least 1 minute.

Stay on the page while the timer counts.

Earnings will be based on completed watch time.

7. Withdraw

Your wallet balance is visible at the top of the page.

Minimum withdrawal amount: 5000 PKR

Withdrawal processing time: 1–3 working days

Password is required for withdrawal.

8. Wallet

You can view all your previous transactions (in/out) on this page.

9. Support

Workers can also submit complaints:

  • Only one complaint per day is allowed
  • Use Contact Us form for additional issues
  • Track your complaint using the provided code

10. Profile Page

Update your personal information here.

Some details (like email) cannot be changed.

Always keep your profile accurate.

11. Note (Refund Policy)

Plans can be canceled

If service is unused, refund may be issued after verification

If used, no refund will be provided

Creator Instructions

1. Creator Account Creation

To create a creator account, fill out the signup form with accurate personal details.

After registration, verify your email using OTP code sent to your email address.

Once verified, your account will be activated immediately, and you can log in.

2. Creator Plan Purchase

After creating your account, go to Pricing & Plans page from dashboard.

Select and purchase any available plan.

After successful payment, your plan will be activated within 12 hours.

Once activated, it will appear on My Subscription page.

3. Upload Tasks

Creators can upload tasks according to their active plan.

Enter your YouTube video URL.

For screenshot-based tasks, provide the required URL where you want likes or subscribers.

For watch-time tasks, provide embedded YouTube video URL.

4. Task Performance

From My Tasks page, you can view the performance of your uploaded tasks.

Once a task reaches its limit, it will automatically be marked as completed.

After completion, you will need to purchase a new plan to continue.

5. Support

Creators can submit complaints to admin through this page.

Only one complaint per day is allowed.

For additional issues, use Contact Us page to send a message.

You will receive a tracking code to monitor your complaint status.

6. Report Page

This page shows performance of your last plan, whether it was completed or canceled.

7. Profile Page

You can update your personal information on this page.

Some details, such as your email, cannot be changed.

Always keep your information accurate.

In case of any mistakes, contact admin via email.

8. Note (Refund & Cancellation Policy)

Creators can cancel their plan after purchase.

If service has not been used, a refund may be issued to wallet after admin verification.

If service has been used, no refund will be provided.

Withdraw Rules

Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal is only available for workers with verified email accounts

Minimum balance must be 5000 PKR

The company is not responsible for incorrect account details

Processing time is 1–3 working days

Withdrawals may be temporarily disabled during maintenance

Maintenance Mode

The company may enable maintenance mode to improve system performance and data security.

During this time, some features may be temporarily unavailable, such as:

  • Full system maintenance
  • New worker registration disabled
  • New creator registration disabled
  • Withdrawals disabled
  • Plan purchasing disabled
  • Task submission disabled

These restrictions may also apply during plan activation.

Register Complaint

Complaint Submission Methods

You can submit a complaint in two ways:

1. Contact Us Page

  • Fill out the form with your registered details
  • Select complaint type and submit
  • You will receive a tracking code via email and notification
  • Use this code to track your complaint status

2. Dashboard Support Page

Submit your complaint directly from your dashboard

⚠️ Note: Only one complaint per day is allowed in both cases.
