Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy
For All kind of users
All payments made to Growtizer are generally non-refundable. However, users may submit a refund request, which will be subject to a proper review and investigation. Users must provide valid proof of payment when requested. If the issue is verified and caused by a system error, the approved refund will be processed to the user’s registered wallet within 3–10 working days. All refund-related communication will be conducted via the registered email address only, and users are required to submit their requests through the Contact Us page by selecting “Creator Refund Appeal” / “Worker Refund Appeal” under “Payment & Billing” option OR submit complain via your account dashboard where only one complaint allowed a day.
Cases Where Refund Appeal May Be Considered
- Duplicate or accidental transactions
- Technical or system errors resulting in incorrect charges
- Payment deducted but service not delivered due to a system fault
- Valid proof of payment is provided and successfully verified
- Any issue directly caused by a system or company error
Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Issued
- Service has already been used, consumed, or plan activated
- Invalid or no proof of payment provided
- Issue not caused by a system or company fault
- Bank delays or transaction failures
- Payment not received by the company
- Payment sent to the wrong account
- Violation of company policies
Growtizer reserves the full right to mark any payment as non-refundable once the service has been utilized.

- The platform, content, system structure, software, branding, and features are the intellectual property of Growtizer.
- No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, or misused without written permission.
